En cuanto al GPS en mi saber para Chile existe el Chilestreet o chilenav pero ambos son para GArmin, no se si compatible con Alpine ya que son hechos aqui por gente de Garmin en Chile.
En cuanto al Bluetooth deberia ser solo configuracion (a todo bluetooth hay que programarlo para tu telefono particular, no es llegar y usar),
En E bay he visto unos CD´s para GPS Meche , quizas te falte ese. No son caros.
