Looks like one of our Horizon Trailer. We sold one to a man from Spain a few years ago who was heading to South America.
Looks like lots of modification to this one. Can you take some pictures of the tongue so I can see what happened there.
Someone in the USA did contact us regarding getting a replacement T handle for you, but we never heard back about it.
