Gonzalo, We use to... We have not made that part in over 3 years. It was a part that we just made "one off" a few times. If you need one, your best bet is to talk to a local machine shop. Unfortunately we do not do any kind of custom work like that anymore. Sorry.

Can you tell me if such part was heat treated? how much RC? What steel did you use?

Umm, peor. Estos tipos hicieron la H de aluminio, y pero se torcia despues de una sola competencia y recomiendas hacerla de acero. O sea, hongo el dato, ya que sabemos que tambien falla.
Yo veria la forma de hacerla mas firme, como un tubo o simplemente copiar una calavera o similar, para que la palanca de cada placa se reparta en el cuerpo y no se concentre el el travesaño.
