Please let us know what problems you are experiencing with your springs. It is highly unusual for the springs to need replacement in an Aussie Locker. Normally, if there is a spring issue, it is caused by some other event or installation issue. We can provide you with a new pin and spring kit, but we need to make sure that there are no underlying issues that are causing the problem.

Please go to our web site at www.aussielocker.com and at the top click on SERVICE and then CONTACT US and then click on "Talk To Our Engineers". Fill out the form, and add to the form the spacer to cross shaft and innercam spacing when you installed the locker, so we can assist you in determing what the problem may be.

If you have any questions in the interim please contact us here.

You will need a new spring. The springs in the Aussie Locker are specially designed and they have a very specific tension. Give us your shipping address and we will send you a new pin and spring kit. When you install the new kit please re-check the spacer to cross shaft and the innercam spacing to make sure they are still within the specification. Also, please make sure the spring is well seated in the slot and the inset where it fits into the cam gear. We apologize for any inconvenience.
