Necesito Ayuda¡¡¡

Ayer llegando tarde a mi casa, mientras estacionaba siento que la camioneta no podia moverse, algo como cuando estas topando en algo....me bajo miro y nada.....nuevamente no podia moverse...miro debajo y Plopppp¡¡¡ la barra de la direccion en el suelo, y el terminal de la direccion izquierdo completamente cortado.....asi que ahi quedo botada, no pude ni estacionarla......solo pensar que un minuto antes venia a 120 por la vespucio sur.....me pasa eso en carretera y es volcamiento seguro.
A alguien mas le ha pasado esto en Chile? busque en USA y han habido varios accidentes por esto mismo, hay un Recall incluso pero no se que pasa en Chile con eso.

The trucks are being recalled because tie-rod ends in the steering system may have been installed improperly, which Chrysler says stemmed from technicians misinterpreting instructions. Those tie-rods could be out of alignment, which Chrysler says can lead to steering failures.
The company has since updated the instructions and the parts involved.
The first case covers 842,400 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks from 2003 through 2008. Chrysler says 116,000 were repaired with tie-rods in the steering system that could be out of alignment.
