FJ60 Overland
 

Hace un buen tiempo atrás comenzó este nuevo proyecto, adquiri la FJ60 de Facundo y me tire a la piscina. La idea es dejarla netamente para paseos recreacionales y vacaciones, a futuro instalar un motor diesel pero primero dejarla al 100% estetica y mecanicamente hablando. Tengo metida la idea de cortar el techo y fabricar con la gente de Kombikamper un techo en fibra de vidrio levadizo similar a la de las combis o a las tipicas FJ75 troop carrier q fabrican en Australia pero esta en veremos ya que me llego otro juguete (LJ81 Proyecto Rockcrawling) y tengo q ver a cual invertirle lo poco de presupuesto que queda jajjaajaj.

Bueee, en la 60 lo primero fue cambio de motor por un 2F mas nuevo quedo andando impecable, tenia problemas el TBI asi q lo elimine y reemplace por el fiel carburador (estoy con la idea de re instalarlo pero ahi se vera ya que si instalo diesel no se justifica las horas de trabajo para dejar funcionando el TBI) una vez funcionando todo, me fui por el interior que estaba harto dejado a la mano de dios jejejejeje, se desarmo completo y se instalaron aislantes de calor y polvo y una alfombra nueva.

Gracias a un contacto di con cierta personilla que tenia una FJ60 al desarme, para mi fortuna nunca llegamos a acuerdo monetario y me termino regalando todas las puertas y ventanas traseras de corredera (tengo otro juego que habia comprado semanas atras jajajja) junto con el tablero y varios cachibaches.
Aproveche al instante de reemplazar las ventanas de puertas delanteras que producto del barro y piedras rallaron todos los vidrios al subir y bajarlos asi que qedaron como nuevos, me quede con un juego de gomas para repuesto practicamente nuevos.

Ahora me queda reparar frenos, cambiar las ventanas traseras de corredera, reparar fugas de escape, poner al dia y salir a disfrutar.

Que lindo TLC, todo un sueño para mi... una consulta ¿qué material utilizaste para aislar el piso del fj60? se ve bien bueno...
